The objective of this research work is to evaluate the quality central concrete plant Al-Rasheed Company by using Six Sigma approach which a measure that strives for near elimination defects statistical methods improve outputs are critical customers. fundamental methodology implementation measurement-based strategy focuses on process improvement and variation reduction reach delighting customers, then suggesting an system production in State Contracting Construction Company. A field survey includes two parts (open close questionnaire) aimed get data information required achieving where answers questionnaire sample have led, during application DMAIC cycle, identifying potential possible reasons caused deviations works. Two programs been used: First, ‘Sigma Level Calculator’ formulated researcher components processes performance. Second, ‘QI Macros Lean SPC Software 2011’ uses tools for: root causes defects, analyzing data, determining capability stability process.
